D&D Financial Partners is a developer of large scale retail shopping centers. Scott Dabney is General Manager of D&D Financial Group L.L.C. Mr. Dabney has been in the real estate field since 1981. Starting in 1985, Mr. Dabney served as Vice President/Retail Partner for Vantage Southeast in Atlanta, Georgia. In Atlanta, he was in charge of developing the company's Atlanta retail centers.

Prior to working at Vantage, Mr. Dabney was responsible for leasing and marketing over 500,000 square feet of retail space for Lincoln Property Company in Dallas, Texas.

In 1988 he became the Southern Development Partner of New Market Development Company, which was bought by Cousins Properties, based in Atlanta, Georgia. During the last half of the 80's, New Market developed in excess of 30 million square feet of retail space nationwide. Mr. Dabney has developed multiple power centers in states from Florida to California. He has established excellent working relationships with larger anchor tenants such as The Home Depot, Target, Sports Authority, Best Buy, Marshall's, Ross, T.J. Maxx, Old Navy, Michael's, Petco, and various department stores, bookstores, theaters, as well as many other national retailers.

Since 1993, D&D has provided the following real estate services, in addition to development projects, with retail as its major focus:

- Land acquisition
- All aspects of pre-development expertise, including zoning and other municipality negotiations
- Anchor tenant lease negotiations
- Financing
- Land and income property investment advice and brokerage, including single tenant properties

D&D has developed over 5 million square feet of retail space, in addition to various office, industrial, multi-family and marina developments.
